Global Calling Card Quick Reference Guide

Dialing Instructions

Dial the Local Access Number or North American/International toll-free access number from any touch-tone phone.

Follow voice prompt instructions to enter your Card Number and Password.

To place a call to Canada, the United States or the Caribbeans, enter [1] followed by the destination phone number and the pound key (#).

To place an International call, enter [011] followed by the destination phone number and the pound key (#).

Useful Tips

To place a follow-on call simply press the pound key twice [##].

To initiate a call in some countries, you may need to insert a local coin.

For security, always keep your calling card number and Password separate; ensure it cannot be seen while using a digital display phone.

Rates

All calls made with our Global Calling Card are billed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

All calls are charged based on the rates from the originating country/city to the destination country/city. Please refer to the rate tables overleaf for details.
